Background

01. Context

Making local services easier to discover and book

Superhelp is an on-demand service marketplace designed to help people find and book trusted professionals for everyday needs. The platform brings multiple service categories into one simple experience, from home services and beauty to healthcare.

The goal was to make service discovery, pricing, professional selection, and booking feel simple and trustworthy — without forcing users through complicated flows.

02. The problem

Finding the right service shouldn’t feel complicated.

Finding a reliable professional often means searching through multiple platforms, making phone calls, comparing prices, and waiting for confirmation.

Superhelp needed a digital experience that could make this process faster while building trust at every step. The challenge was to create one consistent experience across very different service categories while keeping the booking journey simple.

Key challenges:

  • Users needed to quickly find the right service.

  • Pricing needed to be clear before booking.

  • Professionals needed to feel trustworthy and verified.

  • Different service categories required different information.

  • The booking flow needed to work smoothly on mobile.

03. My role

From product thinking to the final interface.

I worked on the UX/UI design of Superhelp, taking the experience from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity screens and reusable components.

04. What I did

Designing a simpler path from discovery to booking.

I mapped the complete journey from discovering a service to selecting a professional, choosing a time slot, and receiving booking confirmation.

The experience was designed around clarity, trust, and fewer decisions so users could complete a booking without unnecessary friction.

Key deliverables:

✓ Service discovery and category experience

✓ Search and filtering experience

✓ Professional profile and verification

✓ Transparent pricing and service details

✓ Date and time-slot selection

✓ 3-step booking flow

✓ Booking confirmation and status tracking

✓ Reusable design system and components

Result

05. Key design decisions

01 — Booking should feel effortless.

The booking experience was reduced to a simple, focused journey where users can select a service, choose their preferred professional or option, pick a time slot, and confirm.

The goal was to remove unnecessary steps while keeping important information visible when users needed it.

02 — Trust should be visible.

Because users are inviting professionals into their homes or relying on them for important services, trust became an important part of the interface.

We used clear professional information, verification indicators, ratings, reviews, pricing, and service details to help users make confident decisions.

03 — Different services, one experience.

Superhelp covers different categories with very different requirements. Instead of creating completely different interfaces for each category, we created a consistent design language and reusable components.

This helped maintain familiarity while allowing individual services to show the information specific to them.

04 — Pricing should be clear upfront.

Unexpected pricing can create hesitation during booking.

Service pricing and relevant details were surfaced early in the journey so users could understand what they were selecting before committing to a booking.

05 — Design for scalability.

The platform needed to support more services and categories over time.

A modular component system helped create consistent screens while making it easier to extend the product with new services, states, and interactions.

06. Outcome

A clearer experience from service discovery to confirmation.

The redesigned experience creates a more structured journey for users — helping them discover services, understand their options, select a suitable professional, and complete a booking with confidence.

The result is a scalable mobile experience built around simple navigation, transparent information, and a consistent visual system.

The impact:

  • 3-step — Core booking journey

  • Multiple categories — One consistent experience

  • Reusable system — Scalable UI components

  • Clear information — Pricing, professionals, and booking status
